摘　　要：简要介绍了光纤松套管复合铝管光缆复合架空地线(OPGW)的发展,新技术的出现以及其优良的抗电化学腐蚀性能、抗雷击性能、耐振动疲劳性能,使该类OPGW的应用需求开始扩大。详细介绍了中心PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)松套管复合铝管OPGW的关键生产工艺,包括光单元制作、隔热带纵包、铝管挤出等。The development of optical fiber loose tube composite aluminum tube OPGW is described,because of the emergence of new technology and the advantages,such as good anti-corrosion,anti-lightning,vibration resistance,this kind of OPGW has began expanding use today. The key production processes of central PBT loose tube composite aluminum tube OPGW are introduced in detail,including the optical unit fabrication,longitudinal wrapping of heat insulation tape,aluminum tube extrusion.
