摘 要:为探讨高压氧 (HBO)治疗脊髓损伤 (SCI)的机制 ,复制SCI模型 ,观察HBO对SCI大鼠脊髓组织中内源性阿片肽 (β EP及DynA)含量的影响。结果显示 ,损伤后大鼠脊髓组织中DynA和β EP含量均明显升高 ;0 2 5MPaHBO治疗后DynA及 β EP含量均下降 ,以DynA为著。提示内源性阿片肽参与了SCI的继发性损伤机制 ,且以DynA的作用为主 ;HBO可抑制SCI后内源性阿片肽的释放 。To study the mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on spinal cord injury (SCI), we duplicated a rat SCI model and observed the influence of HBO on concentration of endogenous opiate peptides (including Dyn A and β EP) in spinal cord tissues. The results showed that the concentrations of Dyn A and β EP in the spinal cord all significantly increased after injury. And they all decreased after treated with 0 25 MPa HBO, with the concentration of Dyn A changed more significantly. These results suggest that endogenous opiate peptide takes part in the secondary injury of SCI and mainly with Dyn A. HBO can inhibit the release of endogenous opiate peptide after SCI and thus recover the function of spinal cord tissues.
