摘  要:用差式扫描热分析和X射线衍射方法,研究了Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块状非晶合金的相变动力学。结果表明:在温度低于500℃的范围内,Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5块状非晶合金中的晶化相可大体分为α相和β相(主要为Ti2Ni和Zr2Cu等)。在晶化初期α相的激活能较小,为159kJ mol,它随着晶化分数X的增加而提高,在X为90%时达到最大值220kJ mol;β相的晶化激活能在X为5%~60%的范围内变化不大,然后随晶化分数X的增加而提高,X为65%时达到最大值257.35kJ mol。The transformation kinetics of bulk Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 metallic glass has been studied by DSC and XRD. The results showed that the two exothermal peaks are observed as the alloy is heated to 500 ℃, one results dominantly from the formation of Ti2Ni (phase α), another from the formation of Zr2Cu (phase β). At the beginning of crystallization, the activation energy of phase α is small (159 kJ/mol), and it increases with the increase of crystallized fraction (X). When X increases to 90 %, the crystallization activation energy reaches the largest value (220 kJ/mol). The crystallization activation energy of the phase β remains about 227 kJ/mol, until the crystallized fraction (X) reaches 60 %, and then increases with the increase of crystallized fraction (X), and reaches the largest value of 257 kJ/mol, as the X is 65 %.
