摘　　要：伴随女性社会地位的提高,女性受教育程度及综合能力的提升,大量的知识女性将会更多地参与到国家及社会管理事务中。女性从政在角色意识、素质能力、心理行为及人事政策等方面都存在不少困惑与阻碍。文章以服务型政府为背景,运用SWOT方法,分析当前我国女性官员所面临的优势、劣势、机会与威胁,并从政策层面、观念层面与实践层面提出一已之见。With the upgrading of female social status,education level and comprehensive ability,quite a number of knowledgeable women will be more involved in state and social management affairs.However,there still exist some confusion and obstacles with regard to gender role awareness,ability and quality,psychological behaviors and personnel policies Widi a service-oriented government as the background,by means of SWOT method,the author of this thesis has conducted some analyses advantages and inferiorities,opportunities and threats for female officials and put forward her personal ideas on policy,concept and practice.
