降低货物超限等级若干方法的研究

摘　　要：超限货物运输是铁路货物运输的一个重要组成部分.货物的超限等级越高,运输组织工作越复杂,运输安全方面的隐患就越大,货主的额外支出也越多.因此,应尽可能采取各种措施,降低货物的超限等级.通过分析影响货物超限等级的因素,提出了降低货物超限等级的若干方法.The off-gauge goods transportation is an important part of the railway goods transportation. The higher the off-gauge grade of goods is, the more complex the traffic organization, the larger of the hidden danger in safety in transportation, the more of the extra freight from the owner of goods. Various kinds of measures should be taken in order to reduce the off-gauge grade of goods. The factors affecting the off-gauge grade of goods are analyzed and a number of methods are proposed in this paper.
