强优恢复系盐恢559的应用及提纯复壮技术

摘　　要：介绍了盐恢 5 5 9的应用情况及特征特性和提纯复壮原理 ,盐恢 5 5 9的提纯复壮是通过精选三系不育系 (A)与盐恢 5 5 9的典型单株、成对测交、同步筛选“父本株系圃”和“杂种F1优势鉴定圃”、繁殖原种 。Yanhui 559 is a broad-spectrum superior restorer line It is wide used in hybrid seed production Its characteristics and techniques of purification and rejuvenation were discussed in this paper The key techniques have three steps At first,many typical single plants were chosen to paired testcross with male sterile line,such as Longtepu A,Zhenshan 97A The second,the Yanhui 559 restorer line nursery and the F 1 hybrid vigor perfection nursery were planted and selected The last,the Yanhui 559 single plants selected were used to convent rice basic seed
