摘　　要：文章综述了生态旅游的内涵、基本特征和西海固地区发展生态旅游的意义。在调查的基础上,综合评述了西海固地区发展生态旅游的优势和条件,提出了发展生态旅游的基本原则以及建设六盘山等四大生态旅游区13大旅游主题的开发设想和对策。The connotation, basic characters of ecotourism and the sense of ecotourism development in Xi-Hai-Gu region are discussed. Based on the investigation, the condition and advantage of ecotourism development in Xi-Hai-Gu region are evaluated synthetically, 13 tentative plans and countermeasures mainly tiled on tourism of four ecotourism zones of Liupan Mountains construction, and basic principles of ecotourism exploitation are put forward.
