摘　　要：CD3 4是白细胞抗原 ,可在不同类型的细胞包括造血细胞中进行表达 ,抗人、鼠和犬 CD3 4蛋白的单克隆抗体已用于对淋巴造血干细胞的鉴别。本试验克隆出编码牛 CD3 4的 c DNA,并测定其核苷酸顺序 ,推测其蛋白的氨基酸顺序与人、鼠和犬的 CD3 4蛋白的氨基酸顺序的同源性分别为 61 .1 %、5 6.0 %、和 66.1 %。并以 c DNA作为探针进行 North-ern杂交 ,探测 CD3 4RNA在胎牛脑、脾。CD34 is a leukocyte antigen that is expressed in various cell types including hematopoietic cell. Monoclonal antibodies against human murine and canine CD34 proteins have been used for the identification of lymphohematopoietic stem cell. The cDNA encoding bovine CD34 was determined. The identity of the deduced amino acid sequence of the encoded protein to those of human,murine and canine CD34 proteins was 61.1%,56.0%and 66.1% respectively. Northern blot hybridization with the cDNA as a probe dctected CD34 cRNA expression in the cerebrum,spleen,heart and lung of a fetal calf.
