摘　　要：论文简要介绍了SDL语言及其支持工具,以及它们在通信软件设计中的运用,并通过一个实例对如何利用SDL语言设计和开发实时软件系统进行了详细的说明。文章的目标系统是一个WCDMA测试终端的软件系统,它是一个用于测试WCDMA无线网络节点的设备,开发的内容包括WCDMA的部分协议以及相关的控制程序。另外,论文还对利用SDL进行实时软件开发的特点进行了总结。In this article,a brief introduction of the SDL language and its as so ciated supporting tools,and their applica-tions in the development of telecom munication software is made.Then a detailed specification of how to use SDL to de-sign and develop realtime software by a specific project is given.The targ et of the project is to develop the software system of a WCDMA UE simulator,whi ch serves as a test terminal of the WCDMA wireless network.The software sys-te m contains the implementations of some WCDMA protocols and the central control program.As a conclusion,the char-acteristic of software development using S DL is summarized.
