摘　　要：提出了基于小波压缩的远程无线网视频监控系统的结构、环境适应性和帧图像质量的比特率控制的实现方法，并给出了实验系统的运行结果和实际测量参数值。This paper describes the method of the structure, the adaptability of circumstance and the bit rate control of frame images quality of a remote wireless net video surveillance system based on wavelet compression. In addition, the experiment result and the parameters value measured in practice are also provided.
