摘　　要：介绍了氮在热处理气氛中的作用和氮基气氛的成分以及制氮方法 。The function of nitrogen in heat treatment atmosphere,the compositions of nitrogen based atmosphere,and the method for preparation of nirtogen was introduced.And several ways to provide nitrogen were also compared.
