摘　　要：介绍了汽车前轴精密成形辊锻及精密模锻工艺的特点 ,利用UG平台开发了汽车前轴精密成形辊锻及精密模锻CAD系统 ,利用该系统能实现汽车前轴精密成形辊锻及精密模锻的工艺与模具设计 ,包括锻件设计、工艺设计。This paper describes the characteristic of precision forming rolling forging and precision die forging technology for automobile forward shaft. A CAD system based on Unigraphics platform for the above-mentioned technology is exploited by the paper authors. By the CAD system, the design of technology and die of precision forming rolling forging and precision die forging for automobile forward shaft can be done, including forging design,technology design,die cavity design and so on.
