双渐开线齿轮齿廓参数优化及滚刀设计

摘　　要：双渐开线齿轮是一种新型渐开线齿轮。这种齿轮的齿廓由两级渐开线和连接它们的过渡曲线组成 ,形成阶梯形。基于等强度原则 ,利用有限元关于接触强度、弯曲强度分析计算结果 ,建立了双渐开线齿轮齿廓参数优化数学模型 ,并进行优化。给出双渐开线齿轮滚刀前刀面齿廓方程 ,并利用优化结果 ,设计、加工出双渐开线齿轮滚刀。Double involute gear is a kind of new typed involute gear. The tooth profile of this kind of gear was composed of two stepped involutes and a joining trasitional curve between them and formed a ladder shape. On the basis of constant strength principle and utilizing the result of analytical computation by finite element with regard to contact strength and bending strength the parametric optimum mathematical model of tooth profile in double involute gear was being established and optimized. The gear profile equation of front edge surface of hob for double involute gear was presented. The double involute gear hob was designed and manufactured by the use of optimized result.
