摘  要:利用双剪切蠕变试样在受剪切区的筏化试验结果和不同晶体取向试样的蠕变持久寿命试验结果,对镍基单晶合金的蠕变筏化预测模型和蠕变持久寿命模型进行考核,证实此2个模型的合理性。The double shear creep specimens have been applied to validate the raftin g prediction criterion and creep life models.The double shear creep specimens have experime nted at 950℃for different assumed activate slip systems (crystallographic shear planes).The SEM photos of the rafting structures in d ifferent positions in the shear zone have been obtained and were applied t o validate the rafting criterion.The creep lives for the double shear creep specimens have been obtained by using the crystallographic damage fini te element method(FEM).Together with the experimental resu lts and the FEM results,the life model results agree with the experimenta l results and the FEM results.The confirmation results are satisfactory.
