摘 要:介绍了主动磁悬浮轴承的连续式模糊控制系统 ,主要由高精度气隙检测电路、PS - 74 83多功能综合板与PC机组成 ,系统具有较高控制精度 ,良好的动态特性和鲁棒性。The initiative magnetic suspension bearing which suspend the spindle with magnetic force is a kind of new type and high performance bearing.Owing to its unique good qualities,it has been attached more and more importance recently,and now it is used in machining,turbo,aviation and space flight,vacuum technology,etc.But what clag its wide application are low rigidity and low stability,so designing a controller of initiative magnetic suspension bearing should solve two problems that how to suspend the rotor stably and how to improve the rotor kineticism.Now most of the control algorithms that adopt PID control basing on reduced linear model are intuitionistic?simple and have good robustness,but in practice usually by reason of the difficulty of choosing parameters the results are not so good.Introduces a PC continual fuzzy control system of initiative magnetic suspension bearing,which controls the rotor axes position with alterable magnetic force and holds high control accuracy and good kineticism and robustness.
