摘　　要：本文从三个方面 ,分析了我国信息政策与法规的国际兼容性 ,即 :我国信息政策、法规国际兼容性研究的目的和意义 ;兼容原则 ;研究的范围。The article analyses the compatibility with international standards and practices in China's information policy and information regulation and law from three aspects: the significance of the study of the compatibility; principles of the compatibility for China; scope, method and feature of the study.
