摘　　要：分析我国数据库产业在知识产权方面存在的问题,提出应对措施,指出我国著作权法中应尽快设立有关数据库方面的条款,这些条款应遵守国际版权公约的基本原则,同时也要考虑我国数据库厂商的承受能力,保护我国新兴的数据库产业。Analyzes the existing problems of intellectual property in databases industry in China and suggests some possible solutions. The authors point out that it is imperative that legislation should be enacted for the database protection and elaborated in the Chinese intellectual property law; they also emphasize that the legislated articles should comply with the general principles of the international copyright treatry; meanwhile, the possible endurability of the database producers in China should also be taken into account, therefore, the newly - established database industry can be well - protected.
