摘 要:采用超临界流体萃取法(supercriticalfluidextraction,SFE)提取中药牡丹皮及其成方制剂中丹皮酚,以氯仿作改性剂,在温度90℃,压力28MPa下,二氧化碳动态萃取体积3ml;静态萃取时间5min。此法简便快速,萃取完全。用大孔径毛细管柱气相色谱法作含量监测,结果:相关性好(γ=09999),中药与制剂的回收率分别为978%,RSD=235%(n=3);1003%,RSD=189%(n=3)。A supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) method was developed for the extraction of paeonol in Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. and its patent preparations. A systematic method was used to optimize five variables (temperature, pressure, modifier concentration, static extracting time and CO2 dynamic extracting volume) of SFE. Sample extracts were analyzed by widebore capillary gas chromatography (CGC). The method showed good linearity (γ=09999)in the range of 01~16 mg·ml-1 of paeonol. The average recovery was 978% with RSD=235% (n=3) for Paeonia suffruticosa andr., 1003% with RSD=189% (n=3) for its patent preparations.
