摘  要:检测了尿常规和血尿素氮、肌酐均正常的44例肝硬化患者尿肌酐浓度和NAG,GAL,ALP和GGT的活性结果表明尿NAG和ALP活性明显高于正常对照组另外检测了116例病毒性肝炎患者血清NAG活性,结果显示:急性肝炎组血清NAG活性明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);而肝硬化组血清NAG活性明显低于正常对照组(P<005);多因素逐步回归统计分析表明血清中的NAG与ALT和GGT呈正相关结果表明:(1)尿NAG和ALP活性测定可作为肝硬化早期肾损害的标志之一;Creatinine concetration as well as activities of NAG, GAL, ALP and GGT were deterimined in hepatic cirrhosis cases whose serum Bun, creatinine, and urinary analyses had proved to be normal. As a consequence, the NAG and ALP activities were significantly higher than those of the control group. Another NAG activity test was made in 116 patients with virus hepatitis and cirrhosis, whose serum NAG level, in contrast to that of the control group, was higher in the acute hepatitis group ( P <0.01) but lower in the cirrhosis group ( P <0.01). The stepwise regression analysis of multiple factors revealed a positive correlation among NAG, ALT and GGT. The results: 1) the assay of urinary NAG and ALP activities can be regarded as an index of the early renal injury for cirrhosis;2) the assay of serum NAG activity can served as a valuable index for the diagnosis of virus hepatitis and cirrhosis.
