摘 要:目的:通过前列腺液的细菌学培养,了解本地区慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的病原菌及其耐药性。方法:细菌的培养分离、生化鉴定均按全国统一操作规程进行,药敏实验采用WHO推荐的Kirby-Bauerifc。结果:680份标本中,分离培养出致病菌共15个菌种481株,检出率为70.74%,以革兰氏阳性菌(G+)为主。革兰氏阳性菌(G+)共有9种441株,占91.68%,其中葡萄球菌分离出420株,占致病菌87.32%;革兰氏阴性菌(G-)有6种32株,占6.65%。结论:葡萄球菌为本地区慢性前列腺炎(CBP)的主要致病菌。丁胺卡那、呋喃妥因可作为本地区前列腺炎的首选药。Objective:By analysis the bacterial culture in prostatic fluids and drug sensitivity results,to understand the pathogenic bacteria of chronic prostatis and its drug sensitivity,and provide the guide for clinical therapy.Methods:Culture,isalation and identification of bacteria were done according to the operation guide-line of healthy department of P.R.C;The drug sensitivity were with recommended Kirby-Bauen method.Results:In 680 cases of prostatic fluids,481 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isoalated,91.68% of them were G+ bacteria,6.65% were G- bacteria.They could be classified into 15 species,9 species of G+ and 6 species of G- bacteria.Among the G+ bacteria,87.32% of them were staphylococcus.Conclusion:staphyloccus may be the major pathogenic bacteria of chronic bacteria of chronic bacteria prostatitis in Shiyan city,and Amokacin,Furatandin may be first drugs used for prostatitis therapy.
