摘 要:采用DotELISA检测血清中弓形虫循环抗原、循环抗体和动物接种分离虫体3种方法对贵阳地区20例畸形胎儿及其母亲进行了弓形虫感染情况的检测。其中2例经动物接种分离出虫体,循环抗体、循环抗原的检测均呈阳性反应,被证实为先天性弓形虫病所致畸胎。致畸率为10%,且均表现为中枢神经系统损害,一例为无脑儿,一例为脑积水。结果显示弓形虫感染是我省畸形胎儿的重要病因之一。he circular antigen and antibody of Toxoplasma gondii were detected in 20 sera of deformed fetus and their mother by DotELISA.Both circular antigen and antibody of Toxoplasma gondii were positive in two fetal sera and their mother.Tachyzoites of Toxoplasma gondii were isolated from the peritoneal fluid of CFW mice which were inoculated by these fetal liver,spleen,brain and lymphnode tissues.It confirms that these two deformed fetus are caused by congenital toxoplasmosis.The deforming rate was 10%.The deformity of one fetus was anencephalus and another was hydrocephalus.The results show that congenical toxoplasmasis is one of the important deforming factor in our province.
