摘　　要：本文从分析现行公共财政体制的缺陷出发 ,对我国公共财政体制改革方向进行了预测 ,并进一步分析了公共体制改革对上海市投融资机制改革的影响分析 。Based on the defects of the current public financial system, the authors here have a prediction about the financial reform orientation in China and a further study about the reform's effects on the investment and financing mechanism in Shanghai. In the end, suggestions about the reform of the investment and financing mechanism in Shanghai can be found in this article.
