摘 要:目的 观察不同输液温度对胃大部切除手术麻醉病人体温和热能丢失的影响。方法 将 2 7例病人随机分为加温液体组和室温对照组。加温液体组将液体加温 ,使之进入病人体内时与体温接近 ,观察记录体温和体热丢失量。结果 加温液体组在手术全过程中体温恒定 ,而室温对照组则体温明显下降 ,体热丢失增加。结论 加温输液可有效地保持术中体温恒定和体热平衡 ,室温输液则会导致体温下降和体热丢失。Objective To observe the influence of infusion fluid temperature on body temperature and heat loss in patients undergoingpartial gastrectomy. Methods Twenty-seven patients were divided into warming fluid group and control group randomly. In warming group, the fluid was warmed to body temperature; while in the control, the fluid temperature was the sameas room temperature.The rectal temperature and heat loss were recorded.Results Patients in warming fluid group could keep body temperture and heat balance,but the control group failed to do so.Conclusion Fluid warming can effectively keep patients' body temperatures and prevent heat loss,while control groupwill result in the drop of body temperature and heat loss.
