温胆汤降脂作用研究

摘　　要：运用药理学方法 ,观察温胆汤对急性和慢性高血脂成年小鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)、总甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL- c)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL- c)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA) ,体重增长 ,粪便脂质含量的影响 ,并与西药吉非罗齐进行比较。结果发现 :温胆汤可有效降低急性高脂血症小鼠血清 TC、TG、L DL- c含量 ,提高SOD活性 ,降低 MDA含量 ,控制体重增长 ,降低粪便中脂质含量 ,且疗效优于吉非罗齐。同时 ,温胆汤可有效降低慢性高脂血症小鼠血清 TC、TG含量 ,且疗效优于吉非罗齐 ,但对 HDL- c含量的升高无明显效果。提示 :温胆汤能有效调节机体脂质代谢 。By using pharmacological method, the effects of Wendan decoction on serum triglycerides (TG), serum total cholesterol (TC), serum LDL c, serum SOD, serum MDA, increased body weight and fat content in faeces in adult mice with acute and chronic hyperlipidemia were observed and compared with thouse of Lopid. The results revealed that Wendan decoction could effectively reduce serum TC, TG, LDL c and MDA levels in the mice with acute hyperlipidemia, elevate the SOD activity, control the increased body weight, decrease the fat content in faeces, and its effectiveness was more satisfactory than Lopid. At the same time, Wendan decoction could effectively reduce the levels of serum TC and TG in the mice with chronic hyperlipidemia and the therapeutic effects were superior to those of Lopid. Wendan decoction had no obvious effect on the elevation of HDL c content. It was suggested that Wenda decoction could effectively regulate the lipid metabolism, prevent and treat the hyperlipidemia-induced deseases.
