摘　　要：目的 :明确西地那非对雄性猕猴性功能的影响。方法 :将 2 0只雄性猕猴随机均分两组 ,分别记录用药组和溶剂对照组猕猴阴茎长度和直径、阴茎海绵体平滑肌肌电( EMG)、阴茎海绵体腔内压 ( ICP)。结果 :与溶剂对照组相比 ,用药组猕猴阴茎直径和海绵体腔内压显著增加 ,阴茎海绵体平滑肌肌电显著降低。结论 :西地那非对于雄性非灵长类动物阴茎勃起功能具有显著的激发作用 。Objective: We try to probe the effect of sildenafil on the sexual function of male Rhesus macaque. Methods: We conducted a series of experiments to detect the penile size, the electromyogram (EMG) of the corpus cavernosum and the intra-corpus cavernosum pressure (ICP) of Rhesus macaques after using sildenafil and to compare the results with that of control set. Results: The penile diameters, EMG and ICP of two groups (10 in each group) of Rhesus macaques were recorded. The results showed that after using sildenafil, the diameters of penis and the ICP of the Rhesus macaques were significantly increased, and the EMG of corpus cavernosum was significantly reduced. Conclusion: It elucidates that sildenafil is able to activate the sexual function of male primates and the fact provides clues for the clinical treatment of dysfunction with penile erection and for the research on animal reproduction.
