摘　　要：目的 :本文研究用于牙种植的替硝唑地塞米松口腔膜剂的处方制备工艺及含量测定方法。方法 :以替硝唑为主药。分光光度法测定其含量。结果 :平均回收率 99 8% (RSD =0 30 % )。结论 :方法可行 。Objective:To establish a method for preparation and determination of Tinidazol and dexamethasone stoma membrane for dental implants.Method:The content of tinidazol was determined by UV spectrophotometry at 316 nm.Results:Average recovery was 99 8%(RSD 0 30%).Conclution:The method is rapid and more convenient.
