难治性精神病人立体定向手术治疗前后智力测试结果分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨多靶点调控、立体定向手术对难治性精神病人智力的影响。方法 :应用韦氏智力量表 (WAIS -RC)对 6 3名难治性精神病人进行手术前后测试并对照研究。结果 :精神病人手术治疗前后其智力水平无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :多靶点调控。Objective:To investigate the influence of stereotactic neurosurgery on the intellect of patients with refractory psychosis.Methods:63 patients with refractory psychosis were evaluated by WAIS RC before and after operation. Results: There was no difference in intellect of patients with refractory psychosis before and after operation( P >0.05).Conclusion:Stereotactic neurosurgery has no impairment on intellect of patients with refractory psychosis.
