胃动方对肝郁脾虚大鼠模型胃肠运动作用的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药胃动方对肝郁脾虚造模大鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法 :通过建立肝郁、脾虚大鼠模型 ,对比观察胃残留率 ,小肠推进比 ,血浆MTL、SS变化。结果 :肝郁脾虚造模使大鼠胃残留率增加 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ,肝郁时小肠推进比下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,脾虚时显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,血浆MTL水平在肝郁脾虚时下降 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,脾虚时血浆SS增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。胃动方可降低两组异常增高的胃残留率 (P <0 .0 5 )和P <0 .0 1) ,促进肝郁大鼠小肠运动 (P <0 .0 1) ,抑制脾虚造模引起的小肠运动亢进 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,提高肝郁大鼠MTL水平 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,降低脾虚大鼠SS水平 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胃动方促进非造模大鼠小肠运动 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :肝郁造模大鼠胃肠运动抑制 ,脾虚时胃肠运动失调 ,中药胃动方能够通过调节血浆MTL、SS水平变化 。Objective:To investigate the effects of Chinese herb Wei Dong Mixture on gastrointestinal movement of rat in depression of liver-energy and asthenia of spleen.Methods:Using rat test model of depression of liver-energy and asthenia of spleen, we examinated the residual rate of stomach emptying, intestinal propulsion, level of serum motilin (MTL) and somatostatin(SS).Results:The model of depression of liver-energy and asthenia of spleen had a higher residual rate of stomach emptying ( P <0.05 and P < 0.01 ), and a lower level of serum MTL (both P <0.05).Rate of intestinal propulsion decreased in the model of depression of liver-energy and increased in the model of asthenia of spleen(both P <0.01). The rat of asthenia of spleen had a higher level of serum SS( P <0.05). Chinese herb-Wei Dong Mixture decreased the high residual rate of stomach emptying in both of the rat test models( P <0.05 and P < 0.01 ), promoted intestinal movement and improved the level of serum MTL( P <0.01 and P <0.05)in depression of liver-energy rat model,inhibited the increased intestinal movement and decreased the level of serum SS in asthenia of spleen test model(both P <0.05). Meanwhile, intestinal movement of non-model rat could be also promoted( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion:Depression of liver energy made gastrointestinal movement suppressed and asthenia of spleen made it disordered . Chinese herb Wei Dong Mixture may correct suppressed and disordered gastrointestinal movement in both depression of liver energy and asthenia of spleen by regulating the level of serum MTL and SS.
