粘虫NPV在同源胚胎细胞系内的形态发生及宿主细胞的病理变化

摘　　要：作者通过电镜观察粘虫核型多角体病毒在同源胚胎细胞系NEAU-Ms-927311内的形态发生过程以及细胞病理变化。受病毒感染的细胞早期表现为细胞核膨大,而后在核内出现病毒发生基质和核衣壳,核衣壳在病毒发生基质和核膜间获得囊膜形成病毒束,病毒束进入多角体蛋白,多角体逐渐成熟。同时细胞内的一些细胞器发生明显的病理变化。The morphogenesis process and cytopathology of Mythimna separata nucler polyhedrosis virus(MsNPV) in a homologous embryonal cell line NEAU-Ms-927311 were observed by electron microscopy. An early sign of virus infection was enlargement of nuclei, then virogenic stroma and nucleocapsids were observed within the nucleus, the nucleocapsids were enveloped and formed virus bundls from the region between virogenic stroma and nuclear membrane, the virus bundles were occluded by polyhedra. The cell organs have apparent pathological changes.
