摘　　要：本文分析了SESAM锁模与染料可饱和吸收体锁模的区别 ,提出了SESAM锁模机理的初步模型。根据对腔参数的分析结果 ,进行了一系列实验 ,实现了半导体端泵Nd :YAG激光器的SESAM锁模运转 ,这是首次利用直腔进行SESAM锁模 。In this paper,we analyse the difference between SESAM and dye,and present the initial model of the mechanism of SESAM mode-locking.According to the analysis results to cavity parameters,we do a series of experiments and firstly realize LD-end-pumped SESAM mode-locking Nd:YAG laser,whose cavity is straight not folded.This lays the foundation of studying SESAM mode-locking.Key words:
