摘　　要：本文通过对半导体激光器 (LD)速率方程的数值求解 ,分析了外腔半导体激光器 (ECLD)腔参量 (谱线展宽因子α,LD面向外腔的端面反射率R等 )Solving the rate equations of semiconductor lasers numerically,the influences of the external cavity parameters,such as,the spectral broadening factor and the reflectivity R of the diode facet facing the extended cavity,on the transient characteristics of the bistable lasers have been analyzed.
