摘　　要：目的 :了解低能量氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)对椎 -基底动脉供血不足 (VBI)患者的经颅超声多谱勒 (TCD)及脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查的影响。方法 :将 2 95例VBI患者分为治疗组 (常规治疗 +ILIB治疗 )及对照组 (常规治疗 ) ,治疗前、后分别进行TCD及BAEP检测。结果 :治疗组及对照组治疗后较治疗前TCD及BAEP各项参数均有显著改善 ,治疗组较对照组更着显。结论 :ILIB确有改善血液流变学性质及脑血液循环的作用 。Objective:The comprehend intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) influence the result of examination of transcranial Doppler (TCD) and brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) of patients with vertebrobasilar blood insufficiency (VBI).Method:295 patients with VBI were divided for treatment(routine+ILIB treatment) and contrast(routine treatment) group, then pretreatment and post-treatment were respectively detected by TCD and BAEP. Results:On some paramete of TCD and BAEP of treatment and contrast group have notable amelioration in compare post-treatment with pretreatment.Conclusions:ILIB have sure ameliorated action of hemorheology kind and cerebral blood circulation,thus also ameliorat cerebral electra physiological function.
