摘　　要：润滑油糠醛精制-催化裂化回炼油抽提组合工艺是利用润滑油糠醛精制装置的塔底抽出液为溶剂,在加或不加反抽提剂的情况下,对催化裂化回炼油进行抽提,抽余油返回催化裂化装置,抽出液返回润滑油糠醛精制溶剂回收装置。本文主要介绍了抽提小试实验,考察了剂油比、温度以及反抽提剂加入量等抽提条件对抽提效果的影响,得到了适宜的小试操作条件,为中试实验提供依据。实验结果表明:若抽出油仅作为橡胶填充油,则以抽出液为溶剂,抽提回炼油的适宜操作条件为:剂油比1.5,抽提塔顶温度70℃左右、塔底温度不高于50℃,不加反抽提剂。此时,抽余油收率为75%左右,抽余油饱和分含量由回炼油的55%提高到77%左右,抽余油的残炭为0.25%左右、总硫含量为900μg/g左右、总氮含量为550μg/g左右。抽出油中的芳烃分和胶质含量高于90%。若要提高抽出油中芳烃的含量,使之得到综合利用,应加入反抽提剂。Integrated process of catalytic cracking cycle oil-aromatic extraction is about that the catalytic cracking cycle oil is extracted by the extract oil from the extraction tower of lubricant furfural refining unit under the conditions of adding or not adding reverse extraction solvent, then the raffinate oil turn back to the catalytic cracking unit and the extract oil turn back to the solvent recovery unit of the lubricant furfural refining.The extraction laboratory scale test is mainly introduced,investigating the influence of the solvent-oil ratio,temperature and the dose of reverse extraction solvent on the extraction effect and getting the proper laboratory scale test operation conditions,which present foundation for the middle scale test.The experimental result shows that,the extract oil can be used as solvent when it is only used as the filled oak oil,a fitting operation condition that the cycle oil is well extracted is at a solvent-oil ratio of 1.5(weight),a top temperature of the extraction tower of about 70℃,the bottom temperature of under 50℃,not adding reverse extraction solvent.And the yield of the raffinate oil is about 75%,of which the saturated constituents are increased from 55% to 77% or so,the carbon residue is about 0.25,the total sulfur concentration is about 900 μg/g,and the total nitrogen concentration is about 550 μg/g,of which the aromatic and resin constituents are over 90%.Adding the reverse extraction solvent is helpful for improving the aromatic content of the extract oil in order to get general use.
