摘　　要：论述极压型蜗轮蜗杆油系列产品的研制过程,着重研究基础油对添加剂的感受性及添加剂的复合效应,通过研究,选用大庆原油生产的适度精制深度的组分油为基础油,以油性剂为主剂,辅以适当的极压抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗氧剂等多种功能添加剂,研制的油品各项性能满足指标要求。本文还对油品使用过程中容易变质的几个项目进行了重点讨论。The development process of EP (Extreme-Pressure) worm and wormgear oils is described. The research is focused on receptivity of base oil to the additives, and the compound effect of the additives. According to the research results, the moderately refined component oils produced from Daqing crude oil are selected as the base oils, and an oiliness additive is used as the key additive, with appropriate functioning additives such as EP anti-wear,anti-rust and anti-oxidant additives. The performances of the developed oil can meet the requirements of specification.And several aspects that the oil is easy to deteriorate during the use are discussed also.
