氟铁龙制备体系中氟尿苷和氟尿嘧啶的HPLC分析研究

摘　　要：用反相高效液相色谱法对氟铁龙制备体系中氟尿苷和氟尿嘧啶进行了定量分析。色谱柱为Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(150mm×6.0mm)不锈钢柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(15∶85),氟尿苷、氟尿嘧啶和酶催化反应液中其它组分间均达完全分离。所建方法简便准确,重现性好,专属性强。A RP - HPLC method for the determination of fluorouracil and fluorouridine in the enzymatic synthesis system of Futielong was established. A 150mm × 6.0mm Shim - Pack CLC - ODS column with a mobile phase consisting of methanol - 0.02 mol/L KH2PO4(15:85) was used. Fluorouracil, fluorouridine and the other components in samples can be separated completely. The proposed method is simple, accurate, reproducible and selective.
