摘　　要：通过对1998年以来烧碱及聚氯乙烯的进出口情况的分析,指出在加入WTO以后国内 市场逐步国际化,提出了应对措施和建议。Through analyzing the import and export status of caustic soda and PVC since 1998, it has been pointed that the domestic market has been increasingly internationalized since China' s WTO accession. In addition, some countermeasures and proposals about it has been put forward. .
