摘　　要：目前,全球烟酸总生产规模约为4万t/a。2001年全球烟酸的需求量达3.5万t,我国烟酸需求量约5000t。国内烟酸生产技术与国外相比还有较大差距,目前尚未有大规模工业化生产烟酸的报道。本文介绍的基于氨氧化法生产烟酸的工艺,选择了适当的复合催化剂,使原料3-甲基吡啶转化率可达99％,技术水平达到国外先进水平。At present, the world total production scale of nicotinic acid is 40000t/a. In 2001, demand of nicotinic acid was 35000t in the world, while 5000t in China. There is no report about commercial production of nicotinic acid with large scale in China. The manufacture process of nicotinic acid based on ammonia oxidation method, which is introduced in this article, reached 99% conversion of 3-methyl pyridine. The technology level has reached the foreign advanced level.
