摘  要:研究了固体酸催化剂的制备工艺 ,采用NH4Cl离子交换后的MOR型分子筛作载体 ,并加入活性氧化铝制备成强固体酸催化剂。采用此催化剂 ,催化氨化单乙醇胺 ,可选择性的得到乙二胺 ,另外生成一定量的哌嗪。较佳的工艺条件为 :反应温度 340℃ ,NH3 /MEA摩尔比为 5 0、NH3 分压为 0 7MPa,单乙醇胺转化率大于 80 % ,乙二胺选择性为 4 8 1% ,哌嗪选择性为 31%The preparation of the strong solid acid catalysts for synthesis ethylene diamine was studied.We use the MOR zeolites after ion exchange by the ammonium chloride to do the catalysts and added Al 2O 3. Use this strong solid acid catalysts,we can prepare ethylene diamine in the presence of ethanolamine and ammonia,we can get ethylene diamine with high selective and some of piperazine.The better condition for preparing ethylene diamine were obtained:the reaction temperature is 340 ℃,molar rate of NH 3 to MEA is 50,the pressure of NH 3 is 0.7 MPa,the conversion of the ethanolamine reaches to 80% that the selectivit is 48.1% for ethylene diamine and selectivity of piperazine reaches to 31%.
