安太堡露天矿坑粉尘运移规律模拟分析

摘  要:本文旨在以安太堡露天矿坑为研究对象,运用Global Mapper对该地区的等高线进行提取,并利用建模软件构建矿坑三维模型,进而采用数值模拟方法深入分析矿坑内粉尘运移特性,包括风速、风压、不同粒径的粉尘运移轨迹,以达到控制粉尘浓度的目的。研究结果表明:风向影响粉尘水平迁移扩散方向,导致下风侧粉尘浓度高;在符合安太堡露天矿坑基本风向风速条件下,小颗粒粉尘自尘源点扩散路径较远;当吹西风时,矿坑底部风速趋于最小值0 m/s,在相同速度下,西北风相较于西风更利于粉尘扩散;边坡压力变化显著,在出风侧及台阶边界处压力较高,且随着矿坑深度的增加,边坡水平压力逐渐增大。The purpose of this paper is to take Antaibao open-pit mine as the research object,use Global Mapper to extract the contours of this area,and use modeling software to build a three-dimensional model of the mine,and then use the method of numerical simulation to deeply analyze the characteristics of dust transport in the pit,including wind speed,wind pressure and dust transport trajectories of different particle sizes,in order to control the dust concentration.The results show that the wind direction affects the horizontal migration and diffusion direction of dust,resulting in high dust concentration on the downwind side;under the condition of basic wind direction and wind speed in Antaibao open-pit mine,the diffusion path of small dust is farther from the dust source point;when the westerly wind is blown,the wind speed at the bottom of the mine tends to be the minimum 0 m/s,and at the same speed,the northwest wind is more favorable for dust diffusion than the west wind.The slope pressure changes significantly,and the pressure is higher at the outlet side and step boundary,and the horizontal pressure of the slope increases gradually with the increase of pit depth.
