摘  要:为研究瓦楞纸板摆放方式的改变对火蔓延的影响,选择了双层瓦楞纸板作为实验样本,分析其在不同布置方式及通道方向下燃烧特性的差异。结果显示:火蔓延过程中外层纸板会出现明显的火焰分层现象,火焰高度随时间的变化呈现幂函数的关系。布置方式的改变对通道竖向的火蔓延影响较小,对通道横向的火蔓延影响较大;在对纸板通道方向进行改变的过程中,其内部通道的传热过程对火蔓延的影响存在一定的差异性。本文的研究结果有助于更好地掌握瓦楞纸板摆放方式对燃烧特性的影响,对瓦楞纸箱结构的优化、设计以及仓储场所火灾防治具有一定的指导作用。In order to study the influence of the change of corrugated cardboard arrangement on fire spread,the double-layer corrugated cardboard is selected as an experimental sample to analyze the difference of its combustion characteristics under different arrangement and channel direction.The results show that the outer layer of corrugated cardboard will show obvious flame layering phenomenon during the fire spreading process,and the change of flame height with time shows a power function relationship.The change of the arrangement has less influence on the fire spread in the vertical direction of the channel and more influence on the fire spread in the horizontal direction of the channel;in the process of changing the direction of the cardboard channel,there is a certain difference in the influence of the heat transfer process on the fire spread in the internal channel.The results of this paper help to better grasp the influence of corrugated cardboard placement on combustion characteristics,and have a certain guiding effect on the optimization and design of corrugated cardboard box structures as well as the prevention and control of fires in warehousing places.
