摘  要:腔室是指空间相对封闭的受限建筑空间。为了得到一种计算腔室火灾热烟气层辐射率的简便方法,研究内衬材料对其影响规律。本文在双区域腔室火灾模型的前提下,理论推导出烟气层辐射率为烟气层的温度、厚度以及炭黑固体颗粒的体积分数、二氧化碳和水蒸气的分压等变量的函数。通过小尺寸模拟真火实验,研究内衬材料的辐射率、热惯性等主要物理特性对烟气层辐射率的影响,并发现烟气层辐射率达到一定阈值时轰燃发生。研究结果对腔室火灾辐射换热工程计算具有实际应用价值,对预测和抑制轰燃发生具有指导意义。The cavity refers to the space relatively closed limited the chamber refers to a confined architectural space with a relatively closed space.It aims to obtain a simple method for calculating the radiation rate of the hot smoke layer in a chamber fire,and to study the influence of lining materials on it.This article theoretically derives the radiation rate of the smoke layer as a function of variables such as the temperature and thickness of the smoke layer,the volume fraction of carbon black solid particles,and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide and water vapor,based on a dual zone chamber fire model.Through small-scale fire experiments,the influence of the main physical properties of the lining material such as emissivity and thermal inertia on the emissivity of the smoke layer was studied,and it is found that flashover occurs when the emissivity of the smoke layer reaches a certain threshold.The research results have practical application value for the calculation of radiation heat transfer engineering in chamber fires,and have guiding significance for predicting and suppressing the occurrence of flashover.
