摘  要:“校局协同、战教融合”是公安教育激发新质公安战斗力的生成路径。较之传统校局合作,战教融合共同体强调全领域、全时空、全要素、全过程的全方位合作,实现传统校局合作的“五个转变”,构建“实战+”的“六位一体”紧密型战教融合共同体,要以全方位、立体化的“厅(局)院一体化”育人新格局为牵引,构建人才培养共商、师资队伍共建、课堂教学共创、警务资源共享、警务理论共研、警务安保共融、警营文化共育的“七共育人”新机制,以公安教育的“质”来助推公安战斗的“力”,以公安教育现代化助推公安工作现代化。“College and bureau cooperation,practice and teaching integration”is the generating path of public security education to stimulate the new quality public security combat effectiveness.Compared with the traditional college and bureau cooperation,the Practice and teaching integration community emphasizes cooperation in all fields,all time and space,all elements,the whole process and all aspects,so as to realize the“Five changes”of the traditional model,and to build the practical“six in one”teaching integration community.We should be led by the new pattern of all-round and three-dimensional“Department(bureau)and college integration”,and create a new“Seven-joint education”mechanism,including personnel training consultation,teacher team co-construction,classroom teaching co-creation,police resource sharing,police theory co-research,police security co-integration,and police camp culture co-education.The“quality”of public security education is used to promote the“force”of public security fighting,and the modernization of public security education is used to promote the modernization of public security work.
