摘　　要：全过程人民民主在本质上是实践的。从历史合力论看,新时代全过程人民民主发展动力包括:中国共产党初心使命的引领力,全面深化改革的推动力,社会主要矛盾转化的内驱力,网络媒介迭代进步的革新力,综合国力竞争的传导力。此“五力”虽然有差异,但又在中国式现代化进程中社会与国家关系深刻变化及由此而来的人的解放、人的主体性增强这个民主发展底层逻辑上实现了耦合联动,形成了复合动力体系。该体系已经并将持续推动全过程人民民主取得更全面的发展成果,也是理解新时代全过程人民民主发展动力的一个理论框架。The whole process of people’s democracy is practical in essence.From the perspective of historical synergy theory,the driving forces for the development of people’s democracy in the whole process in the new era include:the leading force of the original mission of the Communist Party of China,the driving force of comprehensively deepening reform,the internal force of transforming major social contradictions,the innovative force of the iterative progress of network media,and the transmission force of comprehensive national strength competition.Although there are differences in these“five forces”,in the process of Chinese-style modernization,they also realize coupling and linkage in the underlying logic of this democratic development,which refers to profound changes that brings the liberation of man and the enhancement of man’s subjectivity in the relationship between society and the state,forming a compound dynamic system.This system has and will continue to promote the whole process of people’s democracy to achieve more comprehensive development results,and is also a theoretical framework for understanding the driving force for the development of the whole process of people’s democracy in the new era.
