双能X射线骨密度仪和B超骨密度仪在骨质疏松诊断方面的应用价值比较

摘　　要：目的:比较双能X射线骨密度仪和B超骨密度仪在诊断骨质疏松方面的应用价值。方法:选取2022年6月~2024年4月的80例患者作为研究对象,分别采用双能X射线骨密度仪和B超骨密度仪进行检测,比较两种检测方法的一般资料、检测结果、准确性、敏感性、特异性等指标。结果:双能X射线骨密度仪检测的骨密度值与B超骨密度仪检测的骨密度值存在一定相关性(P<0.05)。双能X射线骨密度仪检测的准确性、敏感性和特异性均高于B超检测(P<0.05)。结论:双能X射线骨密度仪在诊断骨质疏松方面的应用价值优于B超骨密度仪,但B超检测具有无辐射、便携等优点,可作为初步筛查工具。Objective:To compare the application value of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry and B-ultrasound absorptiometry in the diagnosis of osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients from June 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,and dual-energy X-ray absorptinometer and B-ultrasound absorptiometry were used for detection,and the general data,test results,accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and other indexes of the two detection methods were compared.Results:There was a certain correlation between the bone mineral density value detected by dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer and the bone mineral density value detected by B-ultrasound(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of dual-energy X-ray absorptinometer were higher than those of B-ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer in the diagnosis of osteoporosis is better than that of B-ultrasound bone densitometer,but B-ultrasound detection has the advantages of no radiation and portability,and can be used as a preliminary screening tool.
