荧光定量PCR仪在疾控中心检测乙型流感病毒中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察荧光定量PCR仪在疾控中心检测乙型流感病毒中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年5月~2024年4月于南安市疾病预防控制中心检测的流感样病例标本995份为研究对象,同时进行免疫学法检测与荧光定量PCR仪检测。记录流感样病例患者的疾病症状,并对不同检测方法的检测时间、阳性检出率进行对比分析。结果:995例流感样病例中咳嗽有914例,发热有911例,咽痛有472例,呼吸异常有231例,流涕有205例,腹痛腹泻164例,咳痰123例,疲乏无力98例。荧光定量PCR仪检测的检测时间长于免疫学法检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);荧光定量PCR仪检测的阳性检出率高于免疫学法检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在疾控中心进行乙型流感病毒检测时,使用荧光定量PCR仪检测可提高乙型流感病毒阳性检出率,更好地鉴别流感病毒类型,为日后治疗提供有效参考依据。Objective:To observe and explore the application effect of fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument in the detection of influenza B virus in the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Methods:995 influenza like case specimens tested at the Nan’an Center for Disease Control and Prevention from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected,and immunoassay and fluorescence quantitative PCR were performed simultaneously.Record the disease symptoms of patients with influenza like cases,and compare and analyze the detection time and positive detection rate of different testing methods.Results:Among the 995 influenza like cases,there were 914 cases of cough,911 cases of fever,472 cases of sore throat,231 cases of respiratory abnormalities,205 cases of runny nose,164 cases of abdominal pain and diarrhea,123 cases of sputum production,and 98 cases of fatigue and weakness.The detection time of fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument was longer than that of immunological method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The positive detection rate detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument was higher than that detected by immunological method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When conducting influenza B virus testing at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,the use of fluorescence quantitative PCR can improve the positive detection rate of influenza B virus,better distinguish influenza virus types,and provide effective reference for future treatment.
