胃镜辅助电凝切除术治疗上消化道息肉的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:研究上消化道息肉患者采用胃镜辅助下电凝切除术治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2022年1月~2023年12月在本院接受手术治疗的上消化道息肉患者110例。采用数学随机列表法,将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组中55例患者采用传统开放手术方式进行治疗;观察组中55例患者采用胃镜辅助下电凝切除术方式进行治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、术后并发症发生率、操作期间出血量、操作时间、术后下床活动、疼痛消失、住院总时间、术后不同时间点炎症反应相关指标。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在手术过程中的出血量较对照组显著减少(P<0.05),且手术操作时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组患者更早地下床活动,疼痛缓解时间更快,以及总体住院时间更短(P<0.05);观察组术后的炎症反应指标水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对上消化道息肉实施胃镜辅助下电凝切除术,效果显著,不仅能显著提升治疗总有效率,还能有效降低术后并发症,加速患者的术后恢复过程,减轻疼痛与炎症反应。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of gastroscopy-assisted electrocoagulation resection in patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:A total of 110 patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the mathematical random list method,namely the control group and the treatment group.55 patients in the control group received traditional open surgery;55 patients in the observation group received electrocoagulation resection under gastroscopy.The total effective rate of treatment,the incidence of postoperative complications,the amount of bleeding during the operation,the operation time,the time to get out of bed after the operation,the time of pain disappearance,the total hospital stay,and the inflammatory response-related indicators at different time points after the operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the amount of bleeding during the operation in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the operation time was shorter(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group got out of bed earlier(P<0.05),the pain relief time was faster(P<0.05),the overall hospital stay was shorter(P<0.05),and the level of inflammatory response indicators after the operation was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with upper gastrointestinal polyps,electrocoagulation resection under gastroscopy not only shows significant advantages in the total effective rate of treatment,but also can effectively reduce postoperative complications,accelerate the postoperative recovery process of patients,and reduce pain and inflammatory response.
