摘　　要：目的:对比内镜下冷圈套器与热圈套器切除术对直径≤10mm结直肠息肉患者手术情况及并发症的影响。方法:选择2020年1月~2023年10月闽清县总医院收治的行手术治疗的结直肠息肉(直径≤10mm)患者96例,根据随机数表法分为两组,各48例。观察组用内镜下冷圈套器切除术治疗,对照组用内镜下热圈套器切除术治疗,比较两组手术情况及并发症。结果:观察组整块切除率和完全切除率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的内镜操作、息肉切除、手术操作时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后24h的前列腺素E2、5-羟色胺、皮质醇水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下冷圈套器切除术相较于热圈套器切除术在直径≤10mm结直肠息肉患者中表现出更短的手术时间、较低的并发症发生率,以及更低的应激反应,因此可以作为一种更安全有效的治疗方法。Objective:To compare the effects of endoscopic cold snare and hot snare resection on surgical outcomes and complications in patients with colorectal polyps with a diameter of≤10mm.Methods:96 patients with colorectal polyps with a diameter of≤10mm who underwent surgical treatment at Minqing County General Hospital from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,each with 48 cases,using a random number table method.The observation group was treated with endoscopic cold snare resection,while the control group was treated with endoscopic hot snare resection.The surgical situation and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the overall resection rate and complete resection rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);The observation group had shorter endoscopic procedures,polypectomy,and surgical procedures compared to the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of prostaglandin E2,serotonin,and cortisol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 24 hours after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic cold snare resection shows shorter surgical time,lower incidence of complications,and lower stress response compared to hot snare resection in patients with colorectal polyps with a diameter of≤10mm.Therefore,it can be used as a safer and more effective treatment method.
