摘　　要：目的:评估连续性肾脏替代治疗在泌尿系感染性休克治疗中的协同效应。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月~2022年3月在江西省人民医院接受治疗的泌尿系感染性休克患者100例的治疗资料,分为常规治疗的对照组和接受连续性肾脏替代治疗的观察组,各50例,分析治疗结果。结果:治疗后,两组患者的主要临床指标均有改善,但观察组改善更显著(P<0.05),尤其在血糖控制方面。两组并发症发生率无差异。结论:连续性肾脏替代治疗在泌尿系感染性休克治疗中效果显著,具有器械协同效应。Objective:To evaluate the synergistic effect of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)in the treatment of urological septic shock.Methods:A retrospective study analyzed the treatment outcomes of 100 patients with urinary tract infectious shock from January 2019 to March 2022 at Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital.The patients were divided into a control group receiving conventional treatment and an observation group receiving continuous renal replacement therapy,with 50 cases in each group.Complication rates were comparable between groups.Results:After treatment,the main clinical indicators of both groups improved,but the improvement in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05),especially in blood sugar control.There was no difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Conclusion:CRRT shows significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of urological septic shock,with a synergistic effect of medical devices.
