钝化处理对降低不锈钢手术器械生锈率的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析不锈钢手术器械采用钝化处理对生锈率的控制作用。方法:选取2023年6月~2024年6月本消毒供应中心负责清洗消毒的不锈钢手术器械5000件作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,各2500件;通过常规流程清洗处理对照组不锈钢手术器械;观察组则进行钝化处理,对两组的器械清洗情况及生锈情况进行观察比较。结果:与对照组(70.00%)相比较,观察组的不锈钢手术器械清洗合格率(97.52%)明显更高(P<0.05)。与对照组(2.20%)相比较,观察组的不锈钢手术器械生锈率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:对不锈钢手术器械进行钝化处理,能让其清洗合格率明显提高,让生锈率明显降低。Objective:To analyze the control effect of passivation treatment on rust rate of stainless steel surgical instruments.Methods:5000 stainless steel surgical instruments for cleaning and disinfection were selected from the disinfection supply center from June 2023 to June 2024,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 2500 pieces each.The stainless steel surgical instruments of the control group were cleaned and treated by routine procedures.The study group conducted passivation treatment,and observed and compared the cleaning and rusting conditions of the instruments in the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group(70.00%),the qualified rate of stainless steel instrument cleaning in the study group(97.52%)was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(2.20%),the rusting rate of stainless steel surgical instruments in the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The passivation treatment of stainless steel surgical instruments can significantly improve the qualified rate of cleaning and reduce the rust rate.
