器皿清洗架在玻璃罐清洗消毒中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究器皿清洗架在玻璃罐清洗消毒中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年6月中医门诊使用后的玻璃罐200个作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各100个。器皿清洗架组:采用器皿清洗架装载,全自动清洗机清洗消毒;普通清洗架组:采用普通清洗筐+双层清洗架,全自动清洗机清洗消毒;比较两组清洗合格率(目测法与杰力试纸检测法)、细菌培养情况。结果:清洗合格率目测法:器皿清洗架组>普通清洗架组外观清亮(P>0.05)、无水迹(P<0.05)、无血迹和其他污渍残留(P>0.05);杰力试纸残留血污检测:器皿清洗架组<普通清洗架组(P<0.05);细菌培养结果:微生物检出数器皿清洗架组<普通清洗架组(P<0.05);两组均无皮肤感染或其他不适症状。结论:采用器皿清洗架装载,以全自动清洗消毒机对玻璃罐进行清洗消毒的方式效果更好,能有效杀灭病原菌,提高清洗消毒效果。Objective:To study the application effect of vessel cleaning rack in cleaning and disinfection of glass cupping.Methods:200 glass jars used in traditional Chinese medicine clinics were randomly selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups,with 100 jars in each group.Container cleaning rack group:using container cleaning racks for loading,fully automatic cleaning machine for cleaning and disinfection;Ordinary cleaning rack group:using ordinary cleaning baskets and double-layer cleaning racks,fully automatic cleaning machine for cleaning and disinfection;Compare the cleaning qualification rates(visual inspection method and Jerry test paper detection method)and bacterial culture between two groups.Results:The visual inspection method for cleaning qualification rate showed that the vessel cleaning rack group was higher than the ordinary cleaning rack group(P<0.05);Jerry test paper residual blood contamination detection:the vessel cleaning rack group was less than the ordinary cleaning rack group(P<0.05);Bacterial culture results:The number of microorganisms detected in the container cleaning rack group was lower than that in the ordinary cleaning rack group(P<0.05);Both groups showed no skin infections or other discomfort symptoms.Conclusion:It is more effective to use container washing frame to load,automatic washing and disinfecting machine to clean and disinfect glass cupping,which can effectively kill pathogenic bacteria,improve the effect of cleaning and disinfecting.
